The delivery method can vary by event.For football matches that use the Passo Fan Card, your ticket is assigned to the Passo fan account matching the national ID or passport number you provided during checkout.For other electronic tickets, delivery may be made through your Tribünüm account, email, a mobile ticket app or the official ticketing system used by the organizer.

Tickets are mostly delivered as the event approaches. While many orders are completed more than 24 hours before the event, some tickets may be delivered later because the organizer opens the transfer system late.

If the stated delivery time has passed and your ticket has still not arrived, contact us through the support section of your account.

I am travelling from another city or from abroad and my ticket has not arrived yet. Should I be worried?
