Passo Error Messages
I got a “penalty or security restriction on the account” message. What should I do?
The ticket assignment could not be completed because your Passo account has a restriction applied by a club, the federation or the relevant security authority.
Such restrictions cannot be removed by Tribünüm. Check the situation through Passo's official support channels or the relevant institution.
