Buying & Payment
Can I change the ticket holder's national ID or passport details?
In some cases, if the ticket has not been transferred yet, you can update the buyer details from the order details page in your account.
Once the ticket has been transferred, whether it can be changed depends on the transfer rules of the event. Change requests made very close to the event may not be possible to complete.
