What happens if the seller does not send my ticket?
Your order is covered by the Tribünüm Guarantee.
If the seller cannot deliver the ticket, we first try to provide an alternative ticket with the same or better features. If no suitable alternative can be found, your order is refunded under the applicable conditions.
