What happens if I do not send a ticket I sold?
A sold listing is binding for the seller.
If the ticket is delivered late, in the wrong category, or not at all, Tribünüm may source an alternative ticket for the buyer. Any price difference and related costs of the alternative ticket may be charged to the seller.
Repeated delivery violations can lead to the seller account being restricted or closed.
