Ticket Delivery
How will my ticket reach me?
The delivery method can vary by event.
For football matches that use the Passo Fan Card, your ticket is assigned to the Passo fan account matching the national ID or passport number you provided during checkout.
For other electronic tickets, delivery may be made through your Tribünüm account, email, a mobile ticket app or the official ticketing system used by the organizer.
