Passo Fan Card
What happens if my Passo account has a penalty or security restriction?
If your Passo account has a restriction applied by a club, the federation or the relevant security authority, the ticket assignment may fail.
Such restrictions cannot be removed by Tribünüm. You need to check the situation with the relevant official body or Passo support channels.
