Passo Fan Card
Can I buy a new ticket if my Passo account already has a ticket for the same match?
An existing ticket for the same match on the same Passo account can block the new ticket from being assigned.
Whether the existing ticket can be transferred depends on the transfer rules of the event. You may need to resolve the issue before the event by providing details of another suitable attendee.
