Ticket Delivery
How is my ticket delivered for matches where transfers are restricted?
For some matches, standard ticket transfers between users may be closed. Even so, there may be tickets available through other permitted delivery methods, season tickets or specially allocated tickets.
The delivery method of the listing is stated on the product page. If delivery cannot be completed due to an unexpected system restriction, an alternative ticket or a refund process applies under the Tribünüm Guarantee.
